Newly renovated and clean inside.

Newly renovated and clean inside. We got the pool room which was good.

The staff weren’t really nice, they were not comfortable to help, The entry and the lobby was really old and rusty. The breakfast had a good verity but i did not like the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the area. Generally I didn’t enjoy my stay.

Very much expected better for the money.

The location and the pool.

- the room was filthy with dust - poorly equipped without utencils and basic equipment -shower was broken for duration of stay -majority of tv channels were missing -Reception staff were rude and unaccommodating

The outside pool is ok.

The light in the room is very dim. The hotel in my opinion is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast has no variety, it was the same everyday. For the same money I would recommend another hotel.

The location, five minutes walking to paton beach.

In the shower the walls were really dirty and flooded because the trap was obstructed which smell awful. We told the staff the situation and they said that they couldn't do anything. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

we enjoyed the room and the pool

the rooms and the pool.

Reception and the coffee house. it was detached from the hotel block. Reception was just a desk. no storage room for luggage. no tagging for you luggage. coffee house was a seating area next to the reception counter.

The direct pool access room.

The direct pool access room... Kids were super happy..

Dining. Restaurant is not cosy as it is not air-conditioned. Abit old.. Breakfast is not for picky eater.

Room leaking at the ac. Whole room was wet with water. Cannot sleep whole night. No good television channel. Beach a bit far. Wifi not good. Cannot make call through whatapp and even cannot surf in room. Interior painting bad. Hotel needs renovation

Breakfast is not the best but "eatable" long swimming pool aprox. 50m is the best from the hotel. Even cleaning service works well and quickly.

Location at a quieter side of Patong but easy access to beach and Bangla street. Although they don’t allow us a slight earlier check-in but they got us upgraded to the pool access room.

Very impressed with the Housekeeping staffs. Fast and efficient. Breakfast has a good variety. The pool access room was nice , I had access to the small pool till late. It was nice to sit at the balcony to relax. Comfortable bed. Pretty good location, around 15-20 walk to jungceylon. A lot of shops around the way so doesn’t feel like a long walk.

The location was good as it's like 10 minutes to the beach and 15-20 minutes from the shopping mall with a lot of Restaurants, Massage and 7/11 around, pool was nice and the room was good compared to the price.

staff went out of their way to assist us where-ever needed. one of us left a bag in a taxi, and the hotel staff helped us getting it back by getting the number plate of taxi through their CCTV. without that we would've lost phones etc. staff very friendly. always greeted us. very helpful. awesome hotel. nice views, right at the beach! everything was new. nothing more we could ask for. highly recommended.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is clean, 15 walk from bangla road and 10-15 min walk to the beach. The breakfast buffet every morning was great!

I like the pool access room, the swimming pool is cold but my kid likes it. Bed is large to allow 3 persons, the location is very good with close to everything. Hotel Staff is very good and friendly. Breakfast is acceptable with different choices.

We had issues with Tv and Wi Fi in our room and the Young woman at reception was very helpful and upgraded us to a pool access room at no charge.But was in the right location for us close to the beach and easy access to all of Patong
